Please note, for NZ orders, our Courier picks up our parcels between 10am - 11am Monday to Friday.

All overseas orders are sent via NZ Post EMS Tracked Airfreight. You will be informed of the total cost including shipping when placing your order.
We ship your order within 1 business day, of payment being cleared.
If we receive your order on the weekend or on a public holiday, we will process your order on the next business day.
If the product is not in stock, we will advise you and advise the time frame of when the item(s) will be available.
You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number once your order is processed, packed and sent
Return/Exchange Policy & Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your products and the service you receive from us. We have worked hard to source top quality fabrics with suburb workmanship, however, if there is a manufacturing problem with your product, please contact us in the first instance. We will offer you a replacement, credit or refund.
Consumer Guarantee Act: All purchases from this site within New Zealand are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are considered faulty, or a change of mind happens. Where a replacement or refund of purchase price will be offered within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
Please contact us first by email if you would like to arrange an exchange or return. We will organize a replacement, a full refund (less shipping cost) or a credit. Just let us know.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product because you have changed your mind, please contact us via email. Exchange items must be new and unused, with no odours or stains with tags attached.
With exchanges, shipping costs for the return and for shipping the replacement item will be the purchaser’s responsibility. Please do not ship any return item(s) for exchange without prior arrangement with us. Our products must be returned to the correct address before an exchange item can be shipped.
Size Exchange: You are most welcome to exchange the size if not suitable, simply email us to let us know and return to us and we will happily swap the size for you., the purchaser is responsible for return shipping to us.
Refund: If the purchaser is returning an item for a refund, due to change of mind, we will refund the amount in full less the original shipping cost. Goods must be in new and unused condition, with no odours or stains, with tags attached. Please note a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply.
Faulty item: If by any chance, there is a fault with the item and the purchaser prefers to return for a refund and not an exchange, we will refund the total amount including all shipping costs.
